Property Description

This Quintessential Mesa Bluff Side Retreat is a dream by the sea with stunning 180-degree views. It is the perfect location on an exclusive, private street and is one of the most desired locations in Santa Barbara. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed by mesmerizing ocean views and hotel-like amenities. This fabulous rental comes fully furnished, includes linens and towels, has a fully stocked kitchen, and is pet friendly. This Mesa bluff home is moments away to shops and restaurants, 1000 Steps Beach (for surfing, a beach stroll, sunbathing) and Shoreline Park. A few miles away are fine dining, wineries, museums, State Street shopping, Stearns Wharf, and the "Funk Zone" (a famous neighborhood that has bistros of various cuisines, boutiques, breweries, wine tastings and galleries). This exemplary Coastal Chic haven has bedrooms located on the upper and lower levels which are completely separate with their own entries. Upstairs there is a primary suite, contemporary kitchen, living room with tv, fireplace, and a large balcony with a table and chairs for alfresco dining. The upstairs bathroom has a floating tub with breathtaking ocean views. The downstairs has a bedroom, a loft with another bed, a half bathroom, and an outdoor shower to fully accommodate the guest level. The dreamscape exterior has panoramic ocean views from every room on both levels of the house. The laundry is inside the double garage. There is additional parking on the driveway and on the street. The outdoor lounge area is nestled by palm trees and manicured bushes. Every morning you can enjoy an amazing sunrise and, in the evening, a stunning sunset. Being highly elevated, this home has picturesque water views, and offers extreme privacy. The perfectly manicured lawn (i.e., artificial grass), lawn chairs, swivel chairs, table, dining areas, additional outside shower, and hot tub coming soon, help complete this ocean paradise. We are accepting bookings for dates starting June 1st. This spectacularly located house is 7K/week and we are offering a Special Fall Rate of 25K/mo. Rates and pricing may vary due to season. Why The Brandon Drew Group?

THIS IS OUR PURPOSE .

Named for our son. Built for your family. The Brandon Drew Group is a family-run mortgage firm in Rancho Cucamonga, California, named in memory of Robert and Colleen Olivas's son Brandon Drew. What started as a way to honor him became a calling — to make sure every family who walks through our door is treated with the same patience, honesty, and care we wish for our own.
