Property Description

Perched on a coveted southwest-facing corner lot in Portafina, this completely reimagined contemporary masterpiece offers breathtaking sit-down views of Catalina Island and the San Clemente Isles. Rebuilt down to the studs in 2017, no detail was overlooked — from radiant-heated white Corinthian marble floors and custom stone counters to Sub-Zero appliances and a chef's kitchen that flows seamlessly into the family room. Accordion glass doors dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, opening to a wraparound deck, outdoor kitchen, jacuzzi, and fireplace perfectly framed by sweeping ocean views. The full Savant smart home system, Lutron custom LED lighting, and high-velocity zoned A/C and radiant heat deliver a living experience rarely found in Southern California. Set on one of Laguna Beach's most desirable streets, this 4,798 SF residence offers 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage — an extraordinary opportunity for the discerning buyer seeking scale, privacy, and premier coastal living. Furnishings, décor, and art negotiable.

Why The Brandon Drew Group?

THIS IS OUR PURPOSE .

Named for our son. Built for your family. The Brandon Drew Group is a family-run mortgage firm in Rancho Cucamonga, California, named in memory of Robert and Colleen Olivas's son Brandon Drew. What started as a way to honor him became a calling — to make sure every family who walks through our door is treated with the same patience, honesty, and care we wish for our own.
